Frequently Asked Questions
The Medium Trio is the most versatile option for general catering. It provides enough height variation for buffet stations, dessert tables, and appetizer displays without overwhelming smaller setups.
Absolutely. White and Black trios together create clean contrast. Adding a Viola set introduces warmth without competing with the food. No more than three finishes per table to keep the look cohesive.
For a standard buffet with 4 stations, plan on 6 to 8 Trio sets. Two sets per station with varied heights.
Round Trios are designed for plated presentations, cake displays, and bowl service. For rectangular pans, rectangular Trios are the better fit. Many caterers use both.
Graze Grids create surface area rather than height. Regular Trios create vertical display tiers. Use both to vary the visual rhythm of your table.
Display Systems are complete solutions for a primary station. Trios are modular additions. Most professional caterers own both.
