What happens on the call

1. You describe the event. Guest count, table length, the menu, the room. A photo helps. A floor plan helps more.
2. Our concierge tells you what carries it. Which pieces do the work for your table, which finish reads right in that room, and which pieces you can skip.
3. Your concierge builds the order while you talk. It lands in your inbox as a draft with real pricing. Nothing is charged on the call. Approve it when you are ready, or do not.

Who books this

Caterers and event teams placing a first order, or a large one, who want a second set of eyes on it before it ships. Venue managers standardizing a buffet. Stylists matching a set to a client brief. If you have been on a product page for ten minutes with two tabs open, this is the shortcut.

Bring what you have

• A photo of the venue, the table, or a past setup you liked
• The menu, or the categories of food you serve
• Guest count and number of tables

None of it yet? Book anyway. Most calls start with "I have an event in three weeks and I do not know what fits."

Why the window is short

You can book up to three days out, on purpose. Sets are made to order and processing runs up to 7 to 10 business days. A call booked for next week is a week off your lead time, and the event date does not move. Take the earliest slot that works.
